springboot 项目启动后执行，需要在在mybatis\openfeign\dubbo 启动后执行

1. 实现 ApplicationRunner run 接口

2. 通过 SpringContextUtil.getBean(xxx.class) 获取指定bean

openfeign 的服务 （远程调用服务）
